At Diversified Works Inc., we strive to create the best online experience for everyone by making our site accessible to people with disabilities, as well making it functional and usable for as many browsing environments as possible. We may not be 100% accessible at this time, but we are committed to working to that end. Here are some of the things we have done to make our Web site accessible:
- Our site is designed to Web standards, set forth by the guidelines of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
- All pages on Diversified Works Inc. validate as XHTML 1.0 transitional.
- All pages on Diversified Works Inc. use structured semantic markup.
- All of our text can be resized via browser settings because we use relative font sizing.
- All of our content images have an alternative text attribute (alt tag), where appropriate. Images that are used for the sole purpose of decoration will have blank text attribute.
- Where individual features use functionality that does not comply with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, we are working on solutions to provide alternative methods of obtaining the information.
- We are working to comply with all Priority 1 guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility and, where possible, Priority 2 and 3 guidelines.
